Giorgio Tonti’s farm is in the heart of the Marche countryside, a small village, San Marcello, which lies 230 m. above sea level, an ideal environment for the cultivation of olives.

The Tonti family has always produced extra virgin olive oil, combining old traditions with innovations, working always to respect and protect the environment.

Only in 2001 Giorgio and his father Aldo decided to market the oil

The olive oil can be bought in delicatessen or directly from the family business. Here, throughout the years, Giogio oeganizes events where he explain and promotes the value of extra virgin olive oil, to allow to gain a wider knowledge of his products.

The olives are picked by hand, ten are taken to the mill at the end of the day.

The oil is filtered in the farm laboratories using a natural method with cotton wool.

The farm collaborates since 2004 with Polytechnic University of Marche.
